That’s why we’ve developed Sentinel a subscription-based employment law product for small and medium sized employers which is designed to enable you to enjoy running your business, safe in the knowledge that your employment law responsibilities are being taken care of.

Sentinel members pay a low monthly subscription fee of £60 plus VAT, this provides an annual compliance audit including an annual check of your contracts and handbook to ensure they meet with employment law requirements.  The Sentinel monthly subscription fee is paid in monthly instalments to ease cash flow and there are no lengthy tie-ins with the product.

In addition to an annual compliance audit, Sentinel members also get:

  • Invitation to live in-person employment law events

  • Online webinars and learning spots from legal and other experts such as tax advisors, immigration specialists

  • Member spotlights - members let other members know what they do and promote their services

  • Exclusive rates with the firm and associate specialists (e.g. HR Culture specialist).

The product is then bespoke and you can purchase bolt-on packages of hours of time for employment law advice.  As a member, the bolt-ons of time are based on significantly lower rates than our usual hourly rates.  There’s no need to worry with Sentinel as any unused time can be ‘banked’ for as long as you remain a member.
