The HR POD is our HR Partner On Demand offering for small and medium sized employers who recognise that they require dedicated HR resource to manage a particular project or to help design and implement a more sophisticated HR strategy for their business. This will often be a first step on the journey to employing your first HR Manager or HR Business Partner (a process which our HR POD consultants can also help with) and it’s an ideal way to ‘try before you buy’ on a fully flexible basis.

Our HR POD consultants have all held senior positions in industry, where they have learned how to arrive at solutions which will work for you and your business. They are experts at handling employee relations issues, as well as designing and implementing strategies for recruitment, talent and performance management, reward, learning and development and employee engagement.  

Our HR POD consultants will be dedicated to your business for a fixed number of hours or days per month to deal with matters such HR projects, M&A activity, TUPE transfers or organisational redesigns. Their authoritative, practical and knowledgeable approach will take the pain and worry away from even your most sensitive people projects.

If specific legal advice is required, you’ll have the reassurance of knowing that the solicitors in the HR Legal team will be at your side – and that they’ll be able to hit the ground running.

Access to the HR POD can be combined with an HR Line subscription, or taken up as a standalone service.
