Marcia graduated from her undergraduate studies in 2019, subsequently undertaking her LPC in 2020, and recently completed an LLM in Corporate Governance. Marcia has approximately three years of work experience, two of which have been in Employment Law, having joined Horsfield Menzies earlier this year.

Over the years, Marcia has gained a number of transferable skills and had the opportunity to work on some exciting projects. She is fluent in Portuguese and is well-versed in Spanish.

Outside of work, Marcia enjoys travelling and trying something new each year: this year it's been Pilates and French lessons. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family on weekends, whether that’s catching up on a favourite TV series or watching her favourite football team, Arsenal.
