Lucy Croft
Lucy is an Associate in the team and has vast knowledge across a wide range of employment law matters. Lucy regularly advises clients on:
Employment tribunal litigation;
the drafting and enforcement of post termination restrictions;
day-to-day HR matters (including performance managing and handling grievances);
the carrying out of individual and collective consultations, for both changes to terms and conditions of employment as well as redundancies;
the handling of protected conversations; and
the drafting of contracts of employment and staff handbooks.
Lucy takes both a pragmatic and commercial approach to all matters and provides clear, concise advice. She is straight-talking and personable and takes the time to get to know her clients and their needs. Lucy explains the concepts and risks to her clients and helps guide them in their decision making. She acts for a wide range of businesses including owner-managed businesses, public sector organisations and household names, in a range of sectors.
Lucy is extremely passionate and driven, she strives to achieve the best outcome for her clients, is tenacious, consistent, determined and acts with integrity in everything she does.
In her time away from work, Lucy loves to cook, bake and hike! She has a French bulldog, who keeps her busy, is an avid gym goer and lover of a New Zealand Sauvignon!
