Joanne is a Legal Director in the team and has extensive experience across a range of employment law issues. Joanne regularly advises clients on dealing with employment tribunal litigation, HR legal advisory work, revising and updating terms and conditions and redundancy exercises .  Joanne also has significant experience of advising on the enforcement of restrictive covenants.

Joanne takes a holistic and commercial approach to all of her matters and provides strategic and clear advice to clients. She acts for a wide range of businesses including listed businesses and household names, private equity backed businesses and owner managed businesses in a variety of sectors.  

Joanne is passionate about her client’s goals, she is attentive and delivers high-quality commercial advice in order to achieve their desired results.

In her time away from work, Joanne loves to cook and enjoys interior design.  She has a dog and two children who also keep her busy.  One day, she hopes to buy a campervan and explore the open road!
